Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you start your therapy Package, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, it is must for you to apply for refund within 21 days of starting the package.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of Payment.Please send Payment receipt to our mail id – bookaphysio@gmail.com and mention in sub – "I want Refund".
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Or you can provide us your bank details or payment wallet numbers in which you want your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bookaphysio@gmail.com. And raise your query.
Mandatory Guidelines for refund-
- If you cancel the booking after 21 days from the day you started the therapy, you will not get any refund from the submitted amount.
- If you cancel the booking between 1st to 21st day of the therapy than Company will refund you the rest of the amount by deducting 330/- rupees per visit ( for Lko) & 310/- rupees per visit (for Prayagraj) (according to your signature mentioned on therapy card)
- If you are not satisfied with our therapy or you want to stop the therapy package , than its mandatory to inform the company within 30 days from the starting date of package.
- If you inform the company after 30 days than your any claim will not consider valid.
- If you don't want refund after stopping the package or if u inform us for refund after 30 days, so in that case u can utilize your rest incomplete therapy days within 6 month on anyother patient.
- The deposited amount will be refunded to you through online mode, for which you have to give us your bank account details.
